This six-story office building occupies the eastern-most site on “Arch Park” located at the heart of the Nationwide Arena District, a large scale, mixed use, urban development located on the north edge of downtown Columbus, Ohio. The building consists of 163,000 square feet of class “A” office spaces, and an underground, 60-car parking garage connected via a tunnel to an existing, adjacent parking garage to the east.
The design maintains the neighborhood’s urban street wall and scale along the park, with a six-story facade of rose brick with contrasting limestone sills and decorative brick coursing. The southern facade is defined by a sweeping curve with large glass openings that look south over the Columbus Skyline and the Scioto River. The southwest corner of the building is composed of a series of stacked balconies that both serve as a hinge between the two geometries and outdoor space for the building’s tenants.
