Lupton Rausch Architects was engaged by Nationwide Realty Investors to design an office building for Nationwide Insurance. We worked closely with both NRI and Nationwide from inception to develop a building and corporate interior facility that met both their goals.
This six-story, 142,000 square foot office building occupies the south-east corner site in the Arena
District with design elements that were incorporated to reinforce and complement the existing Arena
District aesthetic and take advantage of expansive city views to the south. With extensive brick detailing and custom window systems, we were able to create an infill structure that further supports the character and urban fabric of the district.
