This project consists of a mixed-use, multi-story structure set on a tight, sloping urban site in Columbus, Ohio. The building contains five levels of flexible office space, over a lower level private parking facility. Anchoring one major entrance to the Brewery District, a designated historical district, our goal was to maintain and perpetuate that historical fabric through the use of common materials, warehouse-type windows, extensive masonry detailing, weathered brick, textured concrete blocks and painted metal detailing
Lupton Rausch’s performed all design work, including addressing significant zoning and historical district compliance requirements. As Architects of Record, we were responsible for all construction documentation, and for coordination between civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering consultants.
