This four-story, multi-tenant urban infill building on located a narrow downtown site, within the Historic Brewery Warehouse District in Columbus, Ohio. Lupton Rausch succeeded in maintaining strict Historic District compliance requirements while designing to development goals for maximum property build-out. The glass patterning seeks to maximize allowable openings in the exterior façade and coordinates with brick patterning, painted steel detailing, curtainwall systems and a dramatic top-floor cutout are contemporary interventions in the Warehouse District architecture.
