“Brand in Every Dimension” summarizes the collaborative effort between Client and Design Team, resulting in new corporate offices for the Checkers and Rally’s restaurant chain, in Tampa, Florida. This corporate headquarters project was renovated within their existing, occupied tenant space. LR provided detailed planning to phase the project, allowing Checkers to maintain daily operations of their headquarters.
Lupton Rausch Architects teamed with Chute Gerdeman, a retail brand-focused group, leading the Checkers executive leadership through a focused effort to rethink the fundamental nature of the corporate office, beyond serving the functional requirements for their corporate growth. Our design team created a product which demonstrates the core values of the company brand, celebrating their heritage, develops a forward focused workplace reflective of the desired corporate culture, and displays the values important to the larger Checkers community. Our solutions provided a careful balance of open, collaborative environments with meeting workspaces and training facilities.
