The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Columbus, adjacent to the Nationwide Arena District and Columbus Convention Center. On-going renovations to the 375-room structure include upgrading guest rooms, fitness center, ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function spaces, business center and hotel lobby to reflect the hotel brand.
The Lupton Rausch team collaborated with hotel ownership and its management group to design and document key concepts for interior renovations that refresh the facility and help to maintain its market position. Our team has been integral to the coordination and phasing required to maintain a fully functional facility throughout the renovation period. Design methodology and product selections embraced the hotel brand identity and its sustainability initiatives.
