Renovations to an existing 40,000 SF professional office complex housed in an array of rural barn structures and studio spaces, is home to an established international brand design firm. The front door experience for client arrival and introduction is shared with a casual meeting area, staff break-out areas, gallery display and an inviting stair to studio areas beyond.
Work included significant structural modifications to remove space-limiting bearing walls, opening interior spatial flow and maximizing internal views to the spectacular natural setting. Lupton Rausch designed a sophisticated, highly detailed grand staircase and all custom millwork, in addition to a general refresh of the larger office complex.
