This six-story, 205,000 square foot office building occupies a pivotal site in the Arena District
with design elements that were incorporated to reinforce and complement the entrance to John
McConnell Park. In addition, the building incorporates a 10,000 square foot fitness center
and an 88 space lower level parking garage. With extensive brick and stone detailing, custom
metalwork and a broad metal cornice, we were able to create a dominant structure that established
the character and urban fabric of the District.
