For several years SEA Limited has had a regional presence in the Tampa area conducting forensic engineering and failure analysis services. Their continued success in that market has led to the development of this new regional facility. Conceived as an evolution of the design ideals and principles successfully implemented in the construction of the SEA Headquarters project completed with Lupton Rausch in Columbus Ohio, this new facility includes a unique mix use of private corporate offices, highly collaborative spaces, forensic laboratory spaces, evidence storage spaces, and an employee fitness area.
SEA Limited purchased an existing building and site and brought in Lupton Rausch to implement programming, conceptual design and project development through construction and occupancy. The scope of the project included a complete interior renovation, roof replacement, mechanical systems, and exterior alterations including new full height glazing and a branded building entrance.
