Located at the east edge of The Ohio State University at the ceremonial front door 15th avenue and High Street intersection these two five story mixed use office buildings bookend the University Square plaza. While the upper floors house university administrative offices including the offices of the president the first floor is comprised of a variety of retail and restaurant tenants that vibrantly enhance the community. Additionally, the second floor of the North building was designed for an event center that will serve the university offices and future hotel development. Lupton Rausch was involved with the design and implementation of the core and shell and collaborated heavily with the interiors firm to develop the lobbies.
