Founded in 2000, Diamond Hill Capital Management is an independent investment management firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Located at 325 John H. McConnell Boulevard, in the Arena District, the current renovation has taken their offices to over 37,000 SF on two floors and includes Beacon Hill Investment Advisory.
The interior office environment was completely renovated over 5 phases, while being fully occupied by Diamond Hill staff. Lupton Rausch worked side-by-side with Diamond Hill leadership to create a positive work environment that, in their words, allows them to align their interests with those of their clients while providing an open and transparent work environment. In addition, Lupton Rausch consulted with Diamond Hill senior staff on furniture procurement creating a coordinated interior environment.
