EXPRESS is a globally focused fashion retailer headquartered in Central Ohio, requiring substantial planned growth of the company and its home office staff. Lupton Rausch Architects coordinated a programming study and complete departmental re-stack of their existing facility, resulting in a multi-phased, renovation and reorganization of approximately 175,000 square feet of office space and support facilities.
Renovated facilities provide functional and flexible workspace, including 36,000 square feet expansion of office space, targeted collaborative team meeting spaces, IT support facilities and a new monumental communicating stair assembly with skylight above.
The facility remained fully occupied throughout the phased renovations. Lupton Rausch Architects provided a focused and organized move-migration and sequencing strategy to enable the company’s continual operations.
Services provided include Programming, Interior Design, furniture selection and procurement, audio-visual coordination, IT infrastructure coordination, kitchen/cafe design, graphics/signage design, and construction coordination.
