Library Park at 409 Oak

Library Park is a redevelopment within the Discovery District, an urban mixed-use district abutting the Main Branch of Columbus Public Library. 409 Oak is a new apartment structure adjacent to existing mid-20th century housing block buildings renovated in the initial phase of the plan and borders the beautiful Topiary Park at the Library. The new structure houses market-rate apartments (Studios, 1BR, 2BR, and Walk-Ups) concealing a single-level parking structure. The Walk-Ups are designed with careful attention to promote the walkable, pedestrian friendly rework of the Discovery District. Library Park offers a living environment with upgraded dwelling unit design and finishes, high-end hospitality focused amenity offerings for residents including a roof level Clubroom overlooking Topiary Park, along with curated art installations throughout the interior and exterior of the development.
