Orveon Global

Located in the Arena District’s historic Moline Plow Building, Orveon Global’s new Columbus office reimagines a former restaurant and adjacent office suite as a modern workplace for the company’s U.S. operations. The project supports Orveon’s growth as the parent company of BareMinerals, Buxom, and Laura Mercier, bringing together teams in a space that reflects its global beauty brands and collaborative culture.

The design transforms a previously utilitarian back-of-house entry into a defined and welcoming main entrance, creating a strong first impression for staff and visitors alike. Inside, a new reception, meeting rooms, break area, and open office zones provide flexibility and visual connection while honoring the building’s industrial character.

Collaborating closely with Orveon’s Director of Global Facilities, the design integrates subtle retail-display elements and brand identity through custom signage, finishes, and environmental graphics. Light touch renovations to the second floor unify existing and new spaces, reinforcing a cohesive workplace experience.

Blending historic context with contemporary detail, the project creates a refined, functional environment that embodies Orveon’s values of creativity, authenticity, and connection.
